Just take 1 tablet with three daily meals, but be sure not to have more than 3 tablets a day.

I think it works??
I've been using for a couple of weeks now and I am definitely noticing that I have more frequent healthy bowel movements. There is really no taste other than a bitterness at the back of your throat but toher than that, it is a good product. You may have to use it for a w to ile to see results but I think it's working for me.
